Marshmallow Easter Eggs recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups of sugar.
1 cup of white syrup.
¾ cup of hot water.
½ cup of cold water.
2 tablespoons of gelatin.
2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Milk chocolate. Procedures: Mix together half a cup of cold water with two tablespoons of gelatin.
Set aside until water has been absorbed.
Combine the sugar, ¾ cup of hot water, half a cup of the syrup and cook to the soft ball stage. Allow to cool for about five minutes.
Beat the mixture thoroughly, then add the gelatin mixture and the other half of the syrup.
Beat well again.
Add the vanilla; then pour into a greased, suitably-sized pan and chill well.
Spoon marshmallow out of the pan and make egg shapes.
Place the egg shapes on waxed paper and allow to dry for 25-30 minutes.
Melt the milk chocolate, then pour it over the eggs. Allow the chocolate to set.
