Cinnamon Sugar Crisps recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter.
6 (7-inch) flour tortillas.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Pinch of salt.

Procedures:
Preheat oven to 500°F and set tray at middle point.

Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in the oven for about 2 minutes.

Spread tortillas in the baking pan, overlapping slightly and turning each over once to coat with butter.

Stir together sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle evenly over tortillas.

Bake tortillas until golden and puffed. This usually take about 4-5 minutes.

Servings: 6.
