Seared Scallops recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 pound sea scallops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Procedures:
Combine everything other than the scallops and oil in a bowl.

Add the scallops and stir to coat.

Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Drain scallops and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat a nonstick frying pan over a medium-high heat until hot.

Add the oil, ensuring it coats the bootom of the pan.

When the oil is hot, add scallops, and pan-fry, turning once, until golden brown.

Serve with a relish of your choice.
