Halibut in Beer Batter recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb halibut, cut into one-inch thick chunks.
12 oz beer.
1 cup of flour.
1 tablespoon of paprika.
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.

Procedures:
Heat cooking oil in a deep-fat fryer to 375F. Combine the beer, paprika, flour and salt in a bowl, and stir until well mixed. Dip the halibut into the beer batter, drop into hot oil, cook until the batter is golden brown (takes 2-3 minutes). Remove the fish from the hot oil and drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
