Pineapple Chicken recipe

Ingredients:
Five skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.
15 oz of canned pineapple, drained.
One large orange, sliced in rounds.
1 oz of dry onion soup mix.
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2 cups of water.

Procedures:
Spray a large frying pan or electric skillet with vegetable spray. Brown chicken breasts in pan, with the meat side down. Then, turn the chicken over and add pineapple chunks, onion soup, and water. Next, cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for about half and hour. Finally, garnish with cooked pineapple chunks and fresh orange slices and serve.
