Salmon Mousse recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lb cream cheese.
1/2 lb smoked salmon.
Half a cup fresh cream.
3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
3 gelatine leaves dissolved in quarter cup powdered gelatine.
Quarter cup water.
Half an onion.
Salt and pepper.

Procedures:
Dissolve gelatine in warm water.

Process onion until minced, stir in salmon and process to a paste.

Add cream, mayo, salt and pepper.

Process just to combine.

Pour in a small mold.

Chill for at least 3 hours.
