Spinach Pasta recipe
Ingredients: 1 lb of self raising flour
2 ounces cooked, squeezed dry spinach, chopped finely.
4 large eggs.
Procedures: Place the spinach and the flour in the bowl of a blender and lock the cover in place.
With the machine running, slowly pour in the eggs, letting the machine run extra 2 minutes.
Add flour as needed, letting the machine run for a minute after each addition.
Dough should be properly kneaded and an even green color.
