Japanese Soy-Vinegar Dressing recipe
Ingredients: 1 T light soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
3 T
stock
1/2 t fresh ginger
Procedures: This is a basic vinaigrette-style
dressing that works well with
shredded vegetables.
IN A BOWL,
whisk together the ingredients. Toss with salad
