Light Chocolate Mousse recipe
Ingredients: 219/500 lb Semi-sweet chocolate.
½ cup Water.
2 tablespoons Caster sugar.
5 Eggs, seperated.
1 teaspoon Instant coffee.
Vanila extract. Procedures: Over a low heat, melt the chocolate in a pan with a few tablespoons of water.
Beat the egg yolks and then add them, with the instant coffee to the chocolate and blend well.
Beat the egg whites with the conf. sugar until thick, and then beat a few minutes more.
Add the egg whites to the chocolate and gently fold it together.
Spoon the mousse into small glasses and refrigerate until the mousse thickens before serving. Servings: 4.
